Can I customize my floor plan?
No, however, we offer 4 different floor plans to choose from. These floor plans are designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Once you choose the floor plan, there are opportunities to personalize your home with upgraded finishes, appliances, and design details. Our team can walk you through the available options to match your style and preferences.
What’s included in the standard features of your homes?
Our homes are built with quality materials and thoughtful details as standard. Features like modern fixtures, stylish cabinetry, and energy-efficient appliances — all designed to provide lasting comfort and value.
What upgrade options are available?
We offer a range of upgrades to enhance your home’s style and functionality. Options may include premium countertops, custom backsplash designs, upgraded flooring, enhanced bathroom features, and exterior features. Available upgrade information can be located in the spec brochure.
How long does it take to build my home?
Timelines can vary depending on your selected floor plan and customization options. On average, our homes are completed within 6 months once construction begins. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
Do you offer financing:
No, we do not offer financing. However, We do have preferred lenders that will ensure a smooth and seamless transaction, or you can also use your own lender.
Can I build a home on my own property:
Yes, we will build a NBS home on your land! (some exclusions may apply)
Do I need a broker/agent to purchase a new home?
No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase from NBS Homes. Of course, you are welcome to work with an independent broker or agent if you choose.
